Employee of the Month (December 2007) - Sandra Richards

Sandra (Sammy) Richards has been employed with Prestige Protection since December 2006. Sammy is one of the most reliable, knowledgeable, and independent employees we have.

She is dedicated to her post, where she has been staffed since July of 1997, and goes the extra mile for the property manager and residents alike.

Sammy is very pleasant to work with; she is extremely helpful and stands her ground when it is necessary. She always does her best to have a smile on her face and has been a constant presence for the Residents at her community, which is very much appreciated.

When Sammy is not working, she enjoys gardening, sketching and spending time with her friends and family.

Employee of the Month (November 2007) - Brian Skillman

Brian Skillman has been employed with Prestige Protect since August 2006. Brian has been an excellent and reliable employee who has assisted in the deterrent of continued Vandalism, & theft at one of our client sites.

Brian has stopped the spread of two different fires at his post in addition to assisting Prestige Protection in making sure the client was aware of all the security challenges at their location.

Brian is very pleasant to work with; he is extremely helpful and is very serious about his job and doing it well.

When Brian is not working, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and family BBQ’ing and going to concerts.

Employee of the Month (October 2007) - Michael Fjeldstad

Michael Fjeldstad has been working for Prestige Protection since February 2007. Mike is very reliable and trustworthy. He always puts his best foot forward, and follows his post orders and company policies to the letter. His dedication to his job shows through in many efforts he makes in dealing with the challenges at the large residential communities he works at.

Mike is very knowledgeable about the sites he is assigned and if he does not know he always asks if he needs help. Mike is very friendly and is well liked by his peers.

Employee of the Month (September 2007) - Angel Tarazon

Angel Tarazon has been working for Prestige Protection since 2003 as a Company Patrol Officer. Angel is a reliable and trustworthy employee who always puts his best foot forward. His loyalty and dedication to his job often times shows through.

Angel is very knowledgeable and has a knack for making sure things are done correctly. He holds himself to a higher standard and expects that Prestige Protection employees do the same.

Angel lives in Livermore with his wife and spends his spare time with family and friends camping, reading and just relaxing.

Employee of the Month (August 2007) - Nick Pastor

Nick Pastor has been employed with Prestige Protection since July 2005. Nick has been one of the most reliable and flexible employees. He is dedicated to his post, and goes the extra mile on all occasions.

Nick is extremely knowledgeable with many of our posts. Nick has stepped up to the plate and covers additional shifts when asked.

Recently when another employee who works at his post became ill, he worked several additional days and never once complained when I called to ask him for more assisstance.

Nick is very pleasant to work with; he is extremely helpful and is always friendly and happy. He always has a smile on his face and his co-workers always have nice things to say about working with Nick.

When Nick is not working, he enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend Michelle and being involved with friends and family.

Employee of the Month (July 2007) - Nathan Coleman

Nathan Coleman has been employed with Prestige Protect since October 2006. When Nathan started with Prestige, he worked on a construction site, but shortly moved over to gated communities in the Brentwood area. He currently works at Summerset II, The Palms where the residents and co-workers find him pleasant to be around.

Nathan is very pleasant to work with. He is extremely helpful and is always friendly and happy. He always has a smile on his face and makes people feel very comfortable.

In addition to working full time, Nathan is currently raising his daughter Ashley, who is three years old.

Employee of the Month (June 2007) - Sean Kirkham

Sean Kirkham has been employed with Prestige Protection since April of 2005. He has been working at a continually Developing Gated Community in Brentwood, which at times can be extremely challenging. Sean's professional attitude and long-standing commitment to this community has assisted in making the residents comfortable.

Sean is very pleasant to work with, he is extremely helpful in many situations and is extremely knowledgeable about the residents and contractors who come and go on a daily basis at this community.

In Sean's spare time, he spends time with his girlfriend, Amber and they are busy raising their daughter Sabrina.

Employee of the Month (May 2007) - Anna Hughes

Anna Hughes has been employed with Prestige Protection since December 2006. She came over as a transitional employee when her post was taken over by Prestige Protection.

Anna is very pleasant to work with, she is extremely helpful and the employees at her post love her. She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond her duties on a regular basis.

In Anna's spare time, she likes to crochet, do puzzles, spend time with her daughter, son and grandchildren.

Employee of the Month (April 2007) - Dee Renda

Dee Renda has been employed with Prestige Protect since May 2006. When Dee started with Prestige, she worked at a pool in Milpitas, but shortly moved over to SUNGAURD in their reception area.

Dee is very pleasant to work with, she is extremely helpful and the employees at her post love her. She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond her duties on a regular basis.

In a recent event, Dee came in to pick up her check and declared "I Love my Job! This is the best Job I have ever had." We are pleased to hear this, as we know her to be a reliable and trustworthy employee who we can come to depend on.

In Dee's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

March 2007 - Michael Antonelli

Michael Antonelli has been employed with Prestige Protection since September of 2004. Since Michael joined our team, he has show a lot of growth as a person and as a Security Officer. He is flexible, able to cover almost any of our standing guard sites, and upholds our company standards when he is on our clients posts.

Michael always stands up to a challenge and helps our Operations staff filling call-offs when needed even on short notice.

In Michael’s free time, he enjoys watching movies, spending time with friends, family and helps his mother care for his grandmother.

January 2007 - Seanna Segatti

Seanna Segatti has been employed with Prestige Protect since January 2006. Since starting with Prestige Protection, she has worked several of our gated communities. With her excellent customer service and administrative skills, she has proven to be a valued employee.

She has assisted in the transition of a new computer system, updating and maintaining residential information and assists in the day-to-day process at many of our communities.

Seanna’s initiative is extremely valuable. She is a team player and is well liked by her peers.

In Seanna’s spare time, she loves to read, spend time with friends and often travels to see her family.

Seanna has proven to be a Great Example of what a dedicated Prestige Protection Employee is.
