Employee of the Quarter (September - December 2009) - Debbie Kellnhauser

Debbie Kellnhauser came aboard with Prestige Protection in January of 2009.

Debbie is extremely knowledgeable about the site she works and is extremely reliable.

Debbie’s excellent customer service in dealing with the employees at her post and guest who visit the site she works shines through. Both the Client and Prestige Protection find Debbie’s professionalism in enforcing the rules to be disciplined and effective. Debbie is stern but friendly and lets people know that she has to follow the rules of the organization in which she works.

Debbie has and excellent attendance record and is an example to others who work with Prestige. More recently Debbie took the initiative to complete modules 1 – 12 of the Basic Security Officer Training and testing to complete the requirement of her continued education through the BSIS.

Employee of the Quarter (May - August 2009) - Derrick Horton

Derrick Horton came aboard with Prestige Protection in March of 2007.

Employee of the Quarter (January - April 2009) - Anthony Franklin

Anthony Franklin has been employed with Prestige Protection since January 2008. Anthony is a very reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy employee. More recently we recognized Anthony with a certificate for perfect attendance in a 1 year period during his annual review period.

Anthony is dedicated to his post and goes the extra mile whenever he is asked. On Multiple occasions Anthony has offered to pick up additional shifts or work special events when needed.

Anthony is very pleasant to work with; extremely helpful and makes sure that his job is performed to the best of his abilities. When Anthony is not working, he enjoys time with his family and friends.

Employee of the Month (September 2008) - Rick Gonzales

Rick Gonzales originally came to work with Prestige Protection in July of 2006.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the sites he works and often times make suggestions on how we may improve things.

Rick’s excellent customer service in dealing with residents and guest at the communities he works shows through especially when Rick is enforcing the Rules. He is stern but friendly and lets people know that he has to follow the rules of the communities in which he works.

Rick has an excellent attendance record and is an example to others who work with Prestige.

When Rick is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, and Daughters. You will often times find Rick volunteering at the school and in activities that his daughters participate.

Employee of the Month (June 2008) - Greg Palos

Greg Palos has been working with Prestige since 2007. Greg’s dedication to his post and his ability to handle his position in a professional, friendly and extremely reliable fashion is extremely valued.

Greg has built a good client relationship and is valued by the employees & manager at the post in which he is assigned.

Employee of the Month (May 2008) - Ken Lakes

Ken Lakes has been working with Prestige since 2007. His introduction to Patrol at his post has been very successful in curbing many of the unwanted behaviors & also tracking any current situations which may arise while he is there.

Ken’s dedication to his post and his ability to handle high stress situations is extremely valued. When ever he is needed for additional time or shifts, he is willing to assist when needed.

Ken is extremely professional and has built a good client / employee relationship with the members of the community, the Homeowners Association and employees of the post in which he is assigned.

Ken is extremely knowledge able and always passes along suggestions or comments that he feels are important to his position and or the relationship with our client.

When Ken is not working, he is working on furthering his education and career in the field of Security.

Employee of the Month (March 2008) - Gregg Sparks

Gregg Sparks originally came to work with Prestige Protection in March of 2007. Although Gregg left for a brief period to enjoy some personal time away form his position with Prestige Protection, he recently returned in December of 2007.

Gregg's dedication to his post and goes the extra mile whenever he is asked. On multiple occasions Gregg has covered call off's in addition to staying over or coming in early when needed. Gregg is extremely professional and has built a good client / employee relationship with the managers and employees of the post in which he is assigned. Gregg is extremely knowledgeable and always passes along suggestions or comments that he feels are important to his position and or the relationship with our client.

When Gregg is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, and grandchildren.

Employee of the Month (February 2008) - Bob Watkins

Bob Watkins has been employed with Prestige Protection since March 2007. Bob is one of the most reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy employees we have.

He is dedicated to his post and goes the extra mile whenever he is asked. On Multiple occasions Bob has covered call off’s in addition to staying over / coming in early when needed.

Employee of the Month (January 2008) - Barbara Sauter

Barbara Sauter has been employed with Prestige Protection since December 2006. Barbara has been an extremely flexible, reliable, and honest employee.

Not only is Barbara dedicated to her main post where she works two graveyard shifts a week, she also steps up her game by allowing us to utilize her as a Flex Officer 24-hours a week.

Barbara is very pleasant to work with; she is extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable about many of Prestige Protection sites. She is always friendly and is well liked by our clients and her peers.

When Barbara is not working, she enjoys gardening, hanging out with her family, caring for her cats and loving her birds. Barbara doesn't like to see a homeless animal and often times cares for the strays in her neighborhood too!
